- Better Projects Australia can manage the design process from initial concepts through detailed design and documentation to the preparation of tender and for construction drawings.
- Better Projects Australia can act as principal consultant representing the Client and working with nominated consultants or alternatively as lead consultant using our preferred consultants. Clients can engage consultants directly or let Better Projects Australia engage them as sub-consultants to provide a simplified single point of contact.
Approvals Management
- Better Projects Australia can manage and coordinate the project approvals process according to Client requirements. This includes lodging and procuring planning permit approval, building permits, health-related permits, safety approvals and occupancy permits.
Cost Estimation & Budgets
- Financial certainty is critical for all businesses and unexpected costs are a major cause of Client dissatisfaction for many projects. Better Projects Australia can coordinate detailed cost estimation services and establish suitable project budgets at each major stage of the design process.
